  1. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT POLICY
  • Deposit Requirement: To confirm a reservation, a minimum down payment of 50% of the total estimated bill is required.
  • Payment Gateway: All digital transactions are processed through DOKU. By initiating a transaction, you agree to comply with the third-party terms provided by the payment gateway.
  • Finality: Bookings are only considered “Confirmed” once the payment has been successfully verified by our system.
  1. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
  • Forfeiture: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit.
  • Technical Errors: Refund requests for technical errors will be reviewed within 7-14 business days.
  • Right to Cancel: Panhead reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
  1. USER COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK

Parts of this website may offer an opportunity for users to post opinions. Panhead does not filter or edit comments prior to their presence on the website. However, we reserve the right to monitor and remove any comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive, or causes a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
